Refund policy
If you would like to return your wig or if a wig was faulty upon delivery - get in touch by sending an email to info@hazellwigs.com or send @HazellWigs a dm on Instagram.
Please note Mystery Boxes and altered items can't be returned.
You must return your wig within 14 days of purchase. It must be returned with all original packaging and tags still attached. The wig must not have be worn, brushed or restyled in any way. Returned wigs will be fully and thoroughly inspected and if we find signs of wear we will contact you and send your wig back and you will not be refunded. You may remove your wig from the pouch to check if the color and style is what you are after. Return charges are for the buyer.
We will process your refund as soon as the item has arrived with us and has been inspected.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a 20% restock fee.
Customized wigs can not be returned.
Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for any damages incurred when styling or washing your wig.
