Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery time.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer shipping within the United States and internationally.
Domestic Shipping (USA):
- Standard Shipping: $6.99 (3–7 business days)
- Express Shipping: $15.99 (1–3 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $80.
International Shipping:
- Rates calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–12 business days).
- Free UK shipping on orders over $120.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Hazell Wigs is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If your shipment is delayed, please allow up to 10 additional business days before contacting us.
- For lost or damaged packages, contact us at info@hazellwigs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
